I don't believe Technoligy is trying to kill us, just that we'd die without it.
Humanity has become overly indulged with technolodgy. If all the technolodgy in the world were to shut down, humans would likly die out.

Yes, people have been dodging around this the whole time without knowing it, but the true threat isn’t what computers and wheels can do, it’s what they can’t. if today, everything eclectic went dead, we would be in a bad way, but not everyone would die. Tribes still live in the Amazon, ambush communities, and people nondependent on the system would still survive. Ironically, the places with worst chances, are those most densely populated.
There are a few things that give me confidence though; machines are still as dependant on us as we are of them, even computers the size of a room lack creativity and ambition. What about power that everything with wires or an engine needs? Just as we see them as great tools, they look back through the mirror with the same eyes.

Truth is a few people used to tehcnolodgy will in fact be able to stand it.
I personaly will be ab;le to survive that because my religion trains me for that. Which is kind of why i believe the apociliypse will be all technolidgy shuting down.

....Really the only reason technology shutting down would kill me is because I wouldn't get to go on the computer or play video game..... Other then that I don't use much stuff except the mircowave and the lights

we are to far in Technology to lose it all at once. a EMP blast will kill most devices, but not shielded ones (and Shielded cables are becoming more common by the day), a Power Station blowing up just gets replaced. etc.
I beleive if the world is gonna end, its gonna be nuclear

Fallout 3 anyone? It would be awesome, but at the same time, it would also suck. Hate to be anyone still alive at that time. I would LOVE IT if the end of humanity played out like TF2.
