(OK, I know this isn't sonic, but I thought I'd take a crack at it.)
Moonlight shimmered on a slow moving river. A patrol of cats stood snarling at the base of the river, waiting. There was a movement in the water. A large brown tabby she-cat pricked her ears. Another patrol of cats with a different scent leaped out of the water, wet and hissing. Any cat should know wet and hissing cats aren't the best cats to be opposing.
"Face it Swiftstar!" One of the wet cats snarled. "Silverrocks don't belong to Pineclan anymore! We fought over them, and you lost. They belong to Moonclan now. Now go back to your mothers, flea-bags, or we'll give you some wounds to remember!" The brown tabby snarled. "Think again Rainfoot. Silverrocks have belonged to Pineclan for many moons, and after we leave here tonight, they'll still be ours." Rainfoot huffed. "One last chance Swiftstar. Either head home or face defeat." Swiftstar yowled and barreled into Rainfoot, sending both sides into a brutal fight for their honor. Blood splayed onto the rocks, and cats hissed in fury as their friends and family were defeated. Swiftstar took Rainfoot's ear in her mouth and tore the tip straight off. Rainfoot yowled in outrage and raked his claws down Swiftstar's flank. Suddenly, a Moonclan warrior yowled and hit the ground. The fighting stopped. The warrior had a glazed, sightless look over her eyes, blood pouring from her throat, and the guilty Pineclan warrior stood nearby trembling. "No! I never meant for this to happen! It was a mistake!"

Now, That's why Your Avi seemed familiar. It's from Warriors. I used to love that series, before I lost track of book is next. The Story was good, Short, but still very well made. You could become a very good writer one day, if you keep it up.

I enjoyed it. I used to be a Warriours fan, but after the first five or so books, it got hard to keep track of who was who. waaaaaay too many characters for my liking.

As for the fanfic, I think it went way to fast. Alot of detail could have been added into many places to lengthen it, and the battle should have gone on longer too. It's good, but not perfect yet. :3 Can't wait to see what you come up with next!
